AMERICANS NAMED THE MOST LOYAL CAR OWNERS
In the United States, a rating of loyalty to car owners was made. Specialists of portal Edmunds.com counted the most loyal customers in such segments: car brand, class, body type, country–manufacturer. The winner among the brands in this study was Toyota.
63% of car owners of this brand again choose Toyota when buying a new car. For do not go Subaru Honda, RAM and Chevrolet. But in the outsiders were Dodge, smart, Chrysler, Mitsubihi and FIAT.
As for premium brands, here are the favorites of Lexus, Audi, Land Rover, Mercedes–Benz and Porsche. Less loyal owners of Infiniti, Jaguar and Volvo.
Among the classes, the most loyal customers fall on SUVs, crossovers and pickup trucks. Sedans and hatchbacks in this case – a noticeable drop. The loyalty of the consumer is also noted when choosing a car taking into account its country of origin. Thus, 83% of owners of cars of Japanese manufacture prefer models of Japanese brands, 68% of owners of Korean cars will choose Kia or Hyundai and only 53% of owners of “Americans” will want to again buy a car produced in the US.
